Nintendo Fitness Games Great for Seniors: Nintendo’s U.S. debut of the Wii
Fit system proves to be a great exercise option for seniors. The Wii Fit

Promotion and Wellness Center believes a cross-training exercise
program is perfect for seniors because - done in moderation - it can help
minimize injuries and enhance well-being by creating a more well-rounded
exercise regime.

: April 28th, 2009 - The World Health Organization, although
stopping short of declaring a worldwide health emergency, has
expressed concern about the climbing number of cases in Mexico. The
CDC recommends several simple measures to protect you and others
against swine flu infection:
- Wash your hands frequently, with hot water and soap and/or an alcohol-based
cleanser.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
- Flu spreads through respiratory droplets (not eating pork, as the name implies), so
cover your face when you sneeze with a handkerchief or facial tissue. Wash your
hands immediately after sneezing.
