CARE GIVERS NW was both fortunate and
honored to be chosen as the caregiving
service for Audrey McCall, a former Oregon
First Lady, widow of Oregon's former
two-term governor, Tom McCall.
Tom McCall was a popular and effective governor; his leadership was an engine which
drove many positive changes in Oregon. Because of Governor McCall's vision, Oregon
became a national leader in environmental conservancy.  After Gov. McCall's passing,
Audrey, a political force in her own right, worked hard to support causes they both shared a
passion for. Audrey was as unique an individual as her husband and was a true pleasure to
care for. Her son's note sparked many poignant memories for us.
